Hey aao players,
the game Americas Army 2.8.3 is at the end.
After few reads and talking with some people, who already use 2.5 Assist we made a decision.
The organization from AAO2.com also the facebook group want to help you.
What we need
- The official owner from http://aa25assist.sourceforge.net/
So we can contact him and talking about our representations.

There is no owner as such, We are a team of people working on an Open Source project.
I guess you could say I was the lead programmer... What do you need?

According to the site, they want it back for 2.8.5. I'm guessing they'll solicit Jonny to make a version of Assist for 2.8.5.

No, we want support your group of people who made this.
Because 2.8.5 is dead.
But it will be a nice idea too :D
We thought we can offer our domain and will do some nice advertisment via facebook for your Assist. ( to get more players back )

We can't work with 2.7 or 2.8x because they ended U-Script support in those versions and our software relies on u-scipts.
When the new auth system in up and running and we have tested it for a bit then yes, we would be greatful of any advertising your can give us on facebook and on your site. Thanks for your support.

Right, that reminds me. You can't do the serveractors loading anymore and that's why hackers had to learn C++ and make .dll hacks. So it would be a bad idea to go after the 2.7.5 or whatever version of the Unreal editor from Grinder or anybody else that might have it.
