Like Eliz said in the shoutbox, admins can't ban for a "one time tk". I personally know this player and know he's a tker, he's been reported a few times already.

I have not been quick to ban him permanent, I do not want to ban, I just want to learn to respect the players,...
on other occasions you tkiller, remove its weapons, without ban;) and notice of ban ;)
