This is so weird, it might need a little troubleshooting. Are you able to join ts with another internet connection, maybe using mobile data? How about using another hardware with same type of connection that you're using now? These tests would tell a bit if the problem was in your router / connection or in your pc.

I had problems on ps3 in online gaming with my router, because it didn't have all ports open. Basically it was hard to find opponents or connecting to the match to play against them was not possible, the connection was always lost. Then I googled a bit about the issue and found out that the router has settings where many of ports are blocked by default and there was no setting in interface for allowing them all, but there found a sollution for it too.

Have you tried to disable windows firewall? Did you do any changes in router settings?

have you tried to run ts as admin? I need to do it that ppl hear what I say when Im playing.

Have you made ANY changes between the time ts was working and is not? Any p2p programs running? Running  a server?

I can answer for these, a small troubleshooting was done while playing in Hospital:
- firewall is disabled, has been all the time
- nope
- yep

Edit. Has windows got any automatic updates recently? How about your router, what if it has somehow updated itself and therefore would block you now?
