Title: SMF: user registration and bots

I have the following problem with our SMF-based forum, which I couldn't solve by quick googling.

There are a lot of bots which register even though the image verification is enabled. Because of this we turned on manual acceptation of new users, but that is pain in the ass.

Does anyone know the solution?

StopForumSpam mod and enable for e-mail and IP. That's what I'm using here. One still gets in every so often but I haven't seen one in 2 months or so. Still a lot of inactive users that pisses me off -_-
