I play on a server and suddenly all authorised slots close and all players get kicked within a minute...
Did anyone experience the same thing, coz for me it's happening more and more often.

I can confirm that this does in fact happen every now and then. Everybody just gets kicked from the server for Authorization Slot closed.

Nice,just logged in to make a topic about it We are having this problem since 2 days,ruining the evenings.
All auth slots get closed,all get kicked. Happens all 15-20 minutes,sometimes earlier sometimes later. But over the whole evening.

Its not correct how he's saying it, but what he say is true!
doesn't matter if some members spend freetime in it. They should fix it, we had a match 2 days ago, and we couldn't even finish it cuz we get kicked every 5 minute.
Can you please try to fix this kick? Would be nice! :)

Yeah, saying "FIX IT" 200 times on the forum is a real treat for the admins while they are most likely already looking into the problem.

It worked fine... there was no autorization slot kicks before some stupid update... if you update something check everything is fine! and who are u guys? like i care about you... check competition scene, everybody is fcked up because of this! now we are about to scrim... got 2 times kicked in 10 minutes! fuck this!

for ur information us aa junkies won't quit cause a couple of flaws in the patch, u should glad they have aa running again, geeeeezzzzzz have some fuckn patience

can be a problem on the auth machine or with the auth host... not the assist client itself.
the host has been ddos'ed this month and some maintenance/ updates were executed, idk if any of these affect assist auth.

what's going on with all the shut downs of servers? Is PB working to fix the problem?

when my computer does not have that capability. I am for perm. bans on hacking.

6pm Central time and same. Everyone was kicked 4 times in less than five minutes.

i realy think there is someone (at least) who would like to close that all, right? - search for banned players maybe.
and as you maybe all know, even very very big financial institutes on this globe can not do that much against distributed denial of services. - but yes, it is realy disturbing - we also had a match in a tournament yesterday - and get kicked 2 rounds befor it's finish. so we logged in again and played until the end. disturbing, thats all. and i am sure, they will find the reason about that crab. so realy be patient please and - image for a second - you are coming home from work, take a shower, start the game and - no aa2 around. THIS would be more then disturbing, then what would we do without aa2 ?
and no step back with the updates, it is for sure not a problem of aa25assist - for me it is realy a try of someone to pull down this nice game - so do not make him/here that favor and do not react in that way like above. just ignore and live a moment with that problem. it will stop automaticaly then - or the admins will find them.

I'm pretty sure you probably got banned for Unaothorized login, that ban actually lasts for 24 hours (even if it says it's permanent).

And most times wait 5-10 minutes and you can get back in anyway.

I've upped the timeout value inside the Auth Service, might improve things.
Now im checking all the logs to find the real problem, I'm a total noob when it comes to Linux, but I'm no stranger to Server Operations, so I might find something.

should not help if there is some noob doin ddos on us, also, changing hosts will take too much time imo.

Obviously someone has forbidden access to the auth server....maybe passwords are compromised.Switching providers and changing all passwords to the server may resolve these issues.Just an idea. :)

they were all changed days ago lol, forbidden access isn't something to look imo.
but theres alwasy a posibilty... theres a host post sayin they disabeld ftp, but I havent accurate info of where exactly in the host the server is at(wich kind of plan etc etc)
