hi there,
i need some help here, when i create a server on AA 2.5 assist I can enter but, when I going see the server in serverlist that say " server is offline "and no one can enter, with a "x" .
I have ports open and everything seems to be ok... but i can't understand why the server appears "offline". I just start the server and i press Join, anything else i need to know?
One more question, what the blue symbol means? sometimes a star appears.

I just had similiar problem which was causes by multiple network interfaces in the server machine. Do you have them also?

hm, i just have this ports opened
Forwarded Incoming UDP Ports:
1716, 1717
Allowed Outgoing UDP Ports:
20046, 20047, 27900
the problem persists maybe the community can help

We have enough servers right now:)If you want to be admin on server ask someone who is running.
Well repeating what major said:) but I have same problems with server with better detailed information would be helpful to solve your problems, also go on router and add those ports. allow connection on firewall inbound and outbound. There is a section telling you what to open.

hm thanks but i have all oppened, including Allowed Outgoing UDP Ports: 20046, 20047, 27900
sometimes the star appears in the corner.

allow outgoing UDP, also make sure ur not blocking any of those ports

check if ur ports are open 100%

lol always say
Error: I could not see your service on 95.93.152.93 on port (1717)
Reason: Connection timed out
but in 25assist says:
1717 and 1718 OPEN (green)

Something might be blocking your port, or just try running it again, whats ur internet provider?

zon hub wireless i think is what u asking.
in that links says that ANY port is closed... any port ...
but in the 25assist is green OPEN
bah, dunno dude in my router everything is opened

Make sure your firewall and antivirus are not blocking the ports. Also windows firewall.

I disabled everything but nothing has >:(

Try changing the communication ports? 2718 or something? Do you have PeerBlock running?

PeerBlock blocks IP's. If you have it installed for torrents and advertising then it will block AA communications as well.

map : sandstorm, but always with the "x" in the ping

While I'd rather see a mAAp map, I'm very happy you didn't choose Bridge, Pipeline or Insurgent Camp :) Glad you got it working.

and some mAAps too!
if I could get it advertised this game, would be very proud to do it.

You probably disabled authorization or something.

Server options in Assist. Turn on authorization, PB, and Hackhunter.
