Did u check ur computer for dust? and do u have this with other games or only with AA? You can try to check ur cpu when ur playing AA. But the first step would be remove the dust in ur pc.

Only with AA.I don't have a problem with any other games i play.I'll clean the computer from dust. And i'm pretty sure the CPU isn't the problem but ill check the CPU when i'm playing AA.

have you the possibility to install assist on another device on the same computer?
if so, try it.

delete your aas5assist completly
delete %appdata%\25Assist\*.*
and make a new install.
this will help
maybe you will copy the user.ini at the system folder before :)

wow.
then i guess something is really faulty. i would check the RAM by tool - maybe some defects there.
have you another programm running witch do use more then 50% of your RAM?
you should also upload the errorlog file here.

Did you check your harddisks for hardware errors lately?

You can use crystaldisk for these kinda things. :)

ctrl+alt+delete processes, right click on armyops, setaffinity only check cpu0, others uncheck.
also run spybot and if u have a torrent program download advanced system care. also make sure ur gfx cards are updated and download ccleaner to clean all the shit in ur pc

cc cleaner is bad news. Everything that cc cleaner removes can be removed manually and without the risk of having important shit accidently removed, which frequently happens with cc cleaner.

I get random freezing also and it almost always is when I get in a firefight with an enemy. Everything locks up solid for a split second to maybe a half a second. Even though it's not it seems like forever when it happens and  I am always curious as to how it will turn out, will I be dead or alive when the game unfreezes. My hardware all checks out and have went as far as to format and reinstall windows and the game with the same outcome.

Freezing temporarily is usually a hardware issue:  overheated router, bad NIC, graphics card, overheating motherboard/harddrive, CPU thermal derate (common on low end Intel processors).  Sometimes it's lack of memory and virtual memory issues.
Lags are usually software or something else hitting your internet connection.  Occasionally it's server.

Install temp sensor monitor program for your mobo, cpu and video cards.
Use Speedtest.net to check your internet connection for consistency.
Uninstall anything that runs in the background.
Check tasklist and services for crap that didn't come with Windows.
Check msconfig for startup programs
Check your virtual memory setttings if you have a harddrive instead of an SSD
Run memtest86 and check your memory

My latest problem - My NIC goes out of wack after a while  running the system overclocked.  My wifi router has to be bypassed when it gets overheated.

Well without seeing the picture I can tell you your hard drive is failing from what you stated

You must backup Everything you want, then get a new drive :)

You can try using fdisk and might delay what will happen for a little while but the hard drive gods have called your drive back and it will soon be returning to a land far away. :P Sorry but I just had to. And drives wear out just like any other mechanical device and it sounds as if your drive has went it course.

If those temps are in Celsius your hd is running  hot, wearing quicker in the process

The Reallocated sector counts
Current 100
worst 100
Threshold 36
Value 5
soo how much time have i got till the drive fails?
because a new 500 GB drive costs 2900 denars
it'll take me some time to get the money

yes I did see that also with the harddisk temp 67 !!
if it is really in Celsius, then your comp is running to hot.
clean it, make better air flow and try again

I think this has to do with fps drop therefore your energy input, i had the same problem I just had to increase my minimum processor status to 80% and problem was solved.

I believe it's an inaccurate reading as I can put my hand on it and of course it feels warm compared to not touching it but do where near that hot. I am going to clean it out again and stick another fan in the front of my case to push some more air through there. And as I am sure someone will ask, yes I am pushing from front and blowing out the back. LOL
