Title: No Packet Flow

So a buddy keeps trying to connect to a server and keeps getting kicked for no packet flow before he ever gets authorized or whatever. Any ideas what may be causing this?

Speed doesn't say much. Jitter, packet loss and ping tell more of a story. How about your firewall?

Internet Speed doesnt say any thing.
my friend have 30 mb internet , and when his brothers are connecting  to youtube or fb he have problem with AA.
so talk with ur company , they will let u to contact with internet gaming company if there something like that in U.S.A , coz in israel there something like that.

2ms Jitter and 0% packet loss is good IMO. The reason you got B was your ping. Had it been 40-50ms, you would have gotten an A.

I did this test many times to get 2ms lol
internet is back at full speed, until I use my 2gb  :'(

phone company says theres no cable for my area, strange is that days ago someone opened a Lan house with cable internet...< 5 meters of distance from my house LOL

Hmmm, that's what 3G looks like? Better than my internet upload speed, but I'm so far out that 3G doesn't exist, my phone says E for edge, whatever that is.

best down speed I've seen was ~1800 kbps, upload wasn't like this since some months ago, guess its because they now have 3G+(my modem doesn't support), well, thats the best I can get, limited bandwith of 2GB, $45(90 R$) per month.
thats the unique company who let you use internet after you pass the bandwidth limit(reduced speed, D128/U59 kbps or 0,5 cents per MB with full speed).
EDGE is the newtwork used by cellphones for everything, 3G is dedicated with high speed.
