Last time I played this game it was when the aa assist guy made a loophole where he could get into my computer and hard drives to look around at any information he wanted. It was so bad that other people could do it also. I remember I proved it and a shit load of players left. Is that the case still?

That was is not true.
Anyway, that feature is long gone, as is the screenshot feature which a couple users made a big stink about even though it helped us catch hackers.

It was true. There was a known hacker who constantly hacked who helped make the little Trojan that allowed him to do it. But im glad you guys got rid of that and hopefully the people that made it.

You're pretty mistaken. Aside from Crusade, many years ago, no known hackers have contributed to Assist. Nobody outside the admin team had access to that feature. Hell, even if they were admins on here, that doesn't mean they were given Assist admin access.

Spanky hes talking about Johnny who used ''inappropriate'' way to catch hackers. It was too much into privacy of the user.
You were right there was an assist admin that made trojan back door so he can get access to your computer, but he did it to try and catch the hackers. He retired after knowing what he has done and after so many complaints thrown at him.
Nothing to be worried now, assist admins runs anti cheat in clean way and there is no way they are spying your computer, get your friends back and happy fragging.

That's really good to hear. I might have to talk to the nsd crew and see if they wanna jump on from time to time. I know some are playing the new aa but I keep in contact with others that used to play as well.

We're trying our best here to keep the game alive and also keep it clean. I hope people have realized by now, with how many years this project has been alive, that we're not evil. We're human, we make errors in judgement and mistakes but that doesn't mean we're bad people. If you want to come back to the game and enjoy it, I welcome you. If not, I'm glad you stuck around while you did.

This was error mostly on Mandrill's side although we could have double-checked.
We're working towards avoiding this for future events.
As for deleting your account on the forum:
Profile --> Account Settings --> Delete My Account
Have you at the very least tried playing a bit though? :) You may want to stick around.
