whether one can make his own clan when the batletracker has fallen?

You don't need battletracker to create a clan.

I know I can,but I thought somehow you could see the statistics and everything related to the game.
people like to see the game tracking and statistics,there would probably be more players and some would go back..

then there you have to set up a site like battletracker again to show all statistics, battle banner, player and clan statistics...
