i have sound card SOUND BLASTER Z Now I do not hear anything in the game I hear very loud and hear nothing more

Because I'm shooting I hear only my shots very strong

how does music sound for you if you play it through YouTube for example? Your equalizer settings might be fucked up atm, I used to use two eq settings, one for gaming and one for listening music etc, google for gaming equalizer settings for your soundcard and try those, basically for gaming you might want to turn all bass channels low and set others a bit higher.

have you checked your sound settings from Assist settings?

How about adjusting your overall volume or game master volume lower?

Have you ever fired a gun? It is very loud.
I guarantee that when you're firing your gun, you will not hear anything else.
This is normal. You are not supposed to hear anything else when firing your gun. If you've bought a new sound card to hear all the small things in game, then you will, but just not while firing your gun.
With that said, the old X-Fi sound cards had SVM (Smart Volume Management or something like that). It was pretty much a dynamic volume changer that meant you heard the quiet noises very well when everything was quiet yet you weren't completely deafened by your own gun.
In your first post you're saying you can't hear anything, it's possible it's to do with the game's sound settings. Try changing it that from the in game menu and see if that makes a difference.
