i dont know how to make a server on assist25 it says when i go there conection failed and i need to configure the firewall or something and i dont know how plz help me and fast !!

You need to go to your firewall and allow TCP and UDP traffic on the following ports:
UDP - 1716, 1717, 1718, 8777, 27900
TCP - 14200, 20025-20045, 20046, 20047, 20048
Come back if it doesn't work.

I do believe you should also forward the ports on your router to your computer that you're trying to run the server on. This is a bit more complicated though and there isn't a 1 answer fits all solution.
Before doing anything else, go to Speedtest.net and post your results. If your speeds aren't good enough to run a server there's no sense in beating yourself up trying to get one to run...

Not all routers will work. And not all ISPs will allow it either.
I used to have a BT Home Hub and it would never work, Had to get a Zyxel instead.
It really is all about getting your router and internet connection working.

but what do you mean by forward the routers???
make it more simple plz listen what i did
i opend the ports on my firewall the ones he told me to and when i click on server icon it tells me download failed check conection failed so what should i do i really wanna host a server reply again plz

Try going into the settings page and click "reset + repair AA"

Do you have a router? Don't come back here asking what a router is if you don't know, google it.

Yea, do this. There's really no point in whining or us helping you if your internet speed will only allow a 2 player server...

i have a router i tested the speed it says:
8.39 megabits download speed
0.47 megabits upload speed
and the ping was 34
and im from tel aviv (i really am from israel)

I don't think you will be able to run a full 26 slot server but maybe upwards of 10 if all the players are Israelis as long as your ping, packet loss and jitter are ok.
