Cheat Engine, nice. Definitely an upstanding player with no desire for unfair advantages.

WOW - this chump just busted himself lol. Is that not a detected cheat? Clearly violating the TOS.
For info for others:

Id ban these chumps from our server but they serve well as easy kills. I guess they need these advantages to even pass as an average player.

Now now Dav3, that's a grey area. While it is universal cheat software and was, at one time, used for changing HWID in Assist, there's no proof of him using it with AA.
All it shows is behavior and mentality that it's morally acceptable to cheat in a game. Does this translate into Assist as well? Who knows. It has many times in the past though.

You should detect this and similar software and at the very least publicly shame them.
Maybe make an optional "Chump ban list" that people can apply to their servers if they so wish to not allow people who dabble in the grey area - semi cheats.
-
I agree. If it were solely up to me, this guy would have been banned the instant I saw that. I hate people that fuck around and push the envelope to try and sneak in an unfair advantage.
-
It is after all the same bloke that just came back from a 1 week ban for using AHK

So not a banable offense???

That was sarcasm.

=\ I find it odd this isnt already detected - being an absolutely free, open source, easily available cheat enabler!
Is it...not detectable, or is it just of concern?....ie you could make it "detected" but simply havnt for some reason?...
-
The HWID issue was fixed (or so I've been told). Does the program give any other advantages? If so, it's bannable. If not, it just shows a lack of character.

Reading about it makes it seem you can do a ton of stuff. Is it actually useable with aao / assist? Who knows unless you try.
Ban the fuckers if they are running it while playing / assist is open. If they happen to have it open with assist and aao, its not for shitts and giggles, or because of its neat icon and other aesthetic reasons. They are clearly up to something. - maybe to make the font smaller ;)
-
lol
-
I agree DAV, no reason to have it running unless ur up to no good, fuck it a cheat is a cheat regardless if he used it or not, correct me if I'm wrong players got ban for being login in on a cheat site viewing how the cheat works, how is this any different????
-
I think the dude had the actual cheat up and running as well, you could see it in his taskbar.

exactly my point lol
-
after reading up on it, it states it's more likely not to work for online games, or did I mid read it

Thats what the maker claims to cover his but, ie breaking tos and potential legal action and what not
For example back in the day makers of cheats were pursued by the makers of unreal tournament.
