I'm sure many guys will quit this game if the game stops tracking the stats.
Including myself :|
So what you're saying is that you only play the game for stats? What ever happened to playing a game just to have fun?

I don't find fun things in this game any more, because of couple things;

Same maps played
Ban happy admins
Same gameplay/tactics (etc knowing enemy locations)
I like the original rifle but the same gun just got me bored a bit.

I am not here to be rude or whatever but the fun was only in version 2.3 where the mods were enabled and tracked:)

Only thing i like is ts and only fun you can get is ts atm in the game:)

Just my 0.5 cent

That's much different than not playing because stats aren't tracked. You have issues that actually involve playing the game.

GameSpy bestaat sinds eind jaren '90.

2 more days.

Luckily enough, ELiz had done some work on a tracker for assist. I however am not sure to what extent the information can be used to develop a tracker website, as this will take a lot of hosting costs as well. I do not have the necessary knowledge for that.

2 more days... Does this mean we cannot play the game anymore either or is only the honor not tracked?

The full source code for The CLQ can be found here: http://dvgaming.com/showthread.php?3...de-for-The-CLQ

About The CLQ:
The CLQ has been tracking about 50,000,000 gamers on about 1,100,000 game servers for 14 years. The original CLQ site (stats) was made by me (Nico "BattleMode" de Vries) with help from UCC, T. "MAJOR PUNKatron[CYBA]" Boersma and Mark "Painless[pd]" H. The second CLQ site was made with a lot of useful input from the DVGaming.COM and Titan online gaming communities and from Nico's colleagues from OpenIMS / OSICT. The total traffic count is at 242,180,072 page views since 1998. For more info on the second CLQ site see a copy of the homepage and a copy of the about page.

Why always so negative? Even if tracker dies, there was no use for it except for having big mouth and to be proud of your own statistics that you've been whoring for so long. Ok true, it used to be fun to complete % as recruit, sergeant etc, but now there is no chance anymore anyway so deal with what the future will bring.

You say: end tracker = end game, but im' sure for some it would be much worse than that
