As of lately I've been getting fix jams regularly, ares told me there was a fix but I'm not sure how, any help?

no, it's just a normal thing with the jams. i have this too from time to time.

Was told to change RandomFix, found in user.ini or armyops.ini to False, but I can't find it. So thought I'd ask it here.

Fix jam, being a random effect, occurs randomly. I might play for a couple of hours without ever getting a jam on M16, but then come back an other day and get 3 jams in one round, or better yet, an other jam just after fixing one jam. The fact that it just happened doesn't lessen the probability of it happening again in a said time.

Like others stated before, it happens randomly.
From time to time it comes cumulatively.
Couple of weeks ago I had half a dozen jams at one evening.
Three with the M82, which I swear did not jam ever since I play this game.

I wasn't being a smart ass at all. You literally just asked us how to cheat and get no jams....
Do you want a solution for that pesky recoil as well? Why stop there? Find a solution for all that damage that seems to stop you from playing the game when others shoot you.. Come on. Just because someone tells you to cheat doesn't make it OK.

Woah, woah, woah. The point is, don't edit your ini. It will cause problems and get you banned. There is no solution for jams, besides clearing them when they occur. Enjoy the game.

Sometimes it just happens, random stuff, can't be avoided...
Three with the M82, which I swear did not jam ever since I play this game.
I always had them with M82 but none with M24.

Come on, asking how to cheat is definitely worthy of being made fun of.... He''s 45 honor not some guy that just started playing the game.
