hello i cant login its say ERROR:Timeout waiting for reply from authorisation system,please try again later. help please

Since it's NOT a general problem, my guess is that the problem is at your side.

Make sure all ports are open(through firewall) that are needed to use Assist
I'm unable to find the complete list that needs to be open for a client, but if you follow this for a server  you should be ok

Restart all equipment that are involved in your network traffic, switch, ADSL modem and/or routers

        im having the same prob,and i tried changing me name too i have two BT account Twatish_McFuddpot(ingame name :Mr.Redknapp honor 92)/Mr.Redknapp(ingame name: TwatishMcFuddpot  honor 24)i couldnt login since yesterday\

Open ports
Restart router
Repair Assist
