hi
maybe the auth system is down. did it worked before ?
if yes, wait and try again a bit later.

Auth system is up (I can log in without problems).
Maybe your firewall is blocking assist? Try adding it as an exception in windows firewall.

Still don't work :(

PROBLEM: 'LOGGING IN ERROR, TIMEOUT' When i try and login i get timeout error waiting from responce from auth system.
SOLUTION: Login to battletracker.com, try changing your password first, goto 'my profile' - 'password', then try again. If this does not work also try changing your username 'my profile' - 'username' to something without any symbols in it. If this does not work try chaging your playername to something without symbols in it, goto 'my profile' then 'tracker settings' then change 'aa2 playername' Also make sure you don't have a firewall or router that is blocking outgoing UDP connections.
Your Battletracker NickName (not your username) may have no special characters.
Example:

The Auth system cant detect the special characters.

Well could be an issue with your router, Spanky did a great job here:
