Title: Error every time on startup

I am trying to help my friend with his AA2.5.  It worked for a long time, but quit working after the first update.  He is using Vista.  I have deleted all the files and then Unzipped the files again.  I have run as administrator.  Every time it restarts, it runs the new updates and then when it finishes running the updates it says: "The program has stopped working...Windows will check for a solution."  After that, you can't even open 2.5 Assist at all. 

Any help would be appreciated.  I'm stumped.

did you downloaded from here:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/aa25assist/files/Binaries/25Assist.zip/download

and the folder is hidden. are you sure you did delete all of the files? search for it and be sure, maybe you have to change windows explorer to see hidden folder/files.
