So I'm a complete idiot and typed EditObj in console. Completely didnt mean to do it. I was joking around with some people on ts that if you type it console you would get banned and i didnt realize i had console open and I hit enter then i got kicked....

This is a very interesting situation. I'm inclined to believe you, but I wonder why you would even type that out in your console, they can't see it, how does it add to the joke?

Seems like a believable mistake anyway, there was no additional data with the kick like what you tried to edit.

So i just did the same thing by mistake. HELP!!! i was making a joke in game to kicker and as soon as i typed the "j" in editobj it kicked me. :(

Well he did the same thing as what I was doing trying to type it as say but typed it in console.... i thought i had hit enter and then it banned me but i guess it bans you as soon as you type it lol.

It just kicks and bans (temporarily) you from the server. The global banning is up to Assist admins.

This isn't really bannable. You get kicked for just typing the letter, regardless what's before them.
