Can you do this little trick for servers? Only a couple of admins do the switch from NetServerMaxTickrate=20 to 35 in server.ini, that's some age old optimization for 2002 server hardware. Hit detection is a lot better at 35 tickrate.

Setting a higher tick rate the default causes problem for people with crap computers or crap internet connection. We are already getting a high amount of PB kicks for packet loss and timeouts.
