its a registry file that fixes movements of mouse, it helps a bit in game. all you need to do is open the registry file and rebot computer. have fun

No, there are ways to improve mouth acceleration tho... 1 of those is alcohol ;)

I found there was but I do not understand what I am supposed to do at the Add/Merge to registry part.

It disables mouse acceleration.
Normal acceleration: If you move faster from point A to point B with the mouse, you will make for example a 360 degrees turn in game
If you move slower from point A to point B, your turn will only be 280 degrees.
Now if you disable mouse acceleration, it does not matter how fast you move from point A to B, you will always turn at the same speed.
