You need to find a different way to show us the image, we can't go to your e-mail's attachments and view it for you.

what kind of error message do you have?
when does it happend?

I'm not quite sure what the problem is.
But it seems it an old version, download the newest here:
Windows

Better use imgur, for that matter. Anyway you can take a screenshot by pressing ctrl + Pr Scr (print screen key).

oh, its quiet clear what it is i guess (now i can see the picture, thanks).
1. be sure to delete any old versions or part of it maybe still persisent.
3. be sure that you did download the newest version of aa25assist
2. you should run the installation with administrator rights, then it will work

yes, same to me. maybe he has already an instance of aa2 running in the background. but i guess new Installation will help.
