I have a feeling that AR ore simulair guns blocks other guns to HIT!   

Other guns/bullets can not be blocked, except for 203s blowing up against each other.

I'm not at all sure what is meant by the OP, but if it's what has been discussed, then:
Bullets don't act as projectiles in this game. They don't come out of your gun and go on to travel where the gun is pointing. They just instantly travel from the very middle of your screen (with added inaccuracies of course) as far as they can. If there happens to be something shoot-through in the way, they might ricochet there, it a player is in the way, they get hurt.
This can easily be seen:
when you spectate someone crawling (especially sideways) and shooting, their gun moves A LOT, but their bullets still all go straight.
When a sniper lies on a position, it's gun can be (visually) pointing at a wall, but since the head is higher, they'll still be able to shoot over the obstacle (e.g East Vantage on Urban I believe).
