I think we first must make a letter and that we do not sent players 2 ore 3 the same letters from 25Assist players so i will make a letter tonight ore tomorrow so we can sent it in an order that is convenient .  and that the old players can react on aao25.com  and not that we get self all mail back.  and that the responce must have a sign that thay react on our letter.

Seems like a good idea if we have access to that sort of thing. Basically address players that have been active in the last X amount of years receive a message detailing this site/TWL ladders ect.

Don't forget to take into account that the top lists haven't been updated in a  while....

In my opinion not only the spelling should be changed. Some sentences are really strange sounding, so I tried to adapt your message abit, still based on yours ofcourse.

i just started to download aa25assist because of this  (joke)
now maybe pit or someone else with access to battletracker could do the mailing extract of all aa2 players. i guess it dosn't matter if active players will receive this letter too. so no selects has to be made then.

I'm not sure, but I think aao25 admins don't really have special access to battletracker (I think I've seen this referred to in regard to account passwords and stuff), so it should be battletracker admins (like Homey for example) who would do this,, but I don't know if they/he have/has time for it.
But then again, if it can be done, it would be awesome
