Hello :)

I've unfortunately lost my email address and password too. Is there someone here who can help me recover my account?

In game name: {RIP}N00B

I wiped my hd clean and can't find my login details.

Just logout from your current BT account and go to this link:

Insert -> CommandElement as your username and try any previous known password. If you succeed on login you can change your email after.
Any other things beside this you need to contact BT Admins but... gl with that :P
