try googling, I've searched for this in the past, you might find some thing here in the forums too.

get new drivers too:
http://support.creative.com/Products/ProductDetails.aspx?catID=1&subCatID=208&prodID=15853&prodName=Sound%20Blaster%20X-Fi%20XtremeGamer&subCatName=X-Fi%20Series&CatName=Sound+Blaster&VARSET=prodfaq:PRODFAQ_15853,VARSET=CategoryID:1

then if all fail, try the x64 file fix again.

I noticed that "Reduce Mouse Lag" at Settings->Input is always unchecked(Off), that helps alot.
disabling it release a few FPS, but it's not worth imo :P

theres no reason to break 90 fps, you can't jump higher as in Quake engine games lol;
I meant that Reduce Mouse Lag SHOULD be checked for better aim;
also read this, http://www.overclock.net/t/173255/cs-s-mouse-optimization-guide
just forget USB tricks etc, try the mouse fix + "1.2 - Adjust Windows mouse properties."
idk if the reg. mouse fix works for win7/8, so google for it before.

reg mouse fix, all OS  versions https://www.dropbox.com/s/comoam6rnvciyuy/MarkC_Windows7%2BVista%2BXP_MouseFix_Builder_1.4.zip

ok ill try the mouse fix, tho i didnt had this problem in my whole aa carier, about fps you little bit wrond as i have 120hz monitor, no trying to achieve higher jumping or whatever lol, just stable 120 fps, since the game runs much more smoother..

thanks for help possessed

just stable 120 fps

What 120hz monitor do you have? I've been thinking about getting one.

I have asus VG278HE 27inch 120Hz monitor and 120fps would be nice so smooth gameplay. Been using creative soundblaster z soundcard for 4 months now and that x64 bat file really helped a lot hear all sounds from right directions.

A Creative branded card won't do the trick, and what matters the most is placed between the chair and the keyboard ;) so, if you can play as good as i recall it has to mean you exceed those limitations.

Dell Ultrasharps are good because they use IPS panels just like Apple Cinema displays.

Epic sound and epic fps are only needed in the competitive part of the game. No need to have good sound if you rush like a blind chicken, and no need of good fps if you camp 1 spot

I disagree Ganja but only on the sound aspect. With a good system, you'll hear the sound as it's intended and you'll hear all the little details that make the game what it is.

FPS is a personal choice. I aim for quality first as long as I get above 30-40FPS.

How fair is it when when you tweak fps to a higher level.

So far i know   (it must be official) 60fps, correct me if i am wrong in that.

netspeed limits your FPS and so does the fps Cap value at ArmyOps.ini :)
netspeed 15000 should be avaliabe for use, must type it on console, higher FPS = a few MS on your ping.

Yes ofcourse it's always cooler to have better sound and better FPS. But I mean that, when you're pubbing on a 26/26 server, you don't need a prfect sound as you can expect to see enemies everywhere. If you're going pro, it's 4 vs 4 and it's primordial to know where the enemy is :)

You shouldn't seek good sound quality for an advantage, you should seek it to be immersed more in the environment.
