Can someone plz tell me why i've got a 24 hour ban plz? and please can it be removed?

probably trying to join the server from console and not through assist.

And anther problem now is that me and my clan should train on our server therefore we restarted the server in unauthorized mode so i could be in the training but obviously it's illegal bec all 6 members for training was banned in 2 hours what is this plz unban me and my clan m8s.

I can't unban you, its your server that has banned you, just restart it.
