I don't know if you've been paying attention or not, but we've said time and time again that in order for us to take action in such cases, we'd need some actual evidence. I can see he's got quite a bit of ROE, but for all I know, he's been killing civilians...

He's reported of excessive teamkilling but because he didn't tk at your server, his earlier shit can be forgotten? ;)
Maybe he just had a bad day, I wouldn't be surprised if some would simply loose their motivation to play the game like it's meant to be played because servers are crashing like hell.
Screenshots are valuable af, it's difficult to react by watching stats without knowing anything else. ROE works as a evidence for breaking the Rules Of Engagement, but it's still just a number that you can earn also by accident. Therefore it wouldn't be fair to ban anyone by watching their ROE value only, but ROE together with shown screenshot should be enough of a evidence.
People should start Twitching this game btw. Not only for getting video evidence, it's yet another way to share information about this game still being alive.

Pretty much just logged in to respond to this. I agree with Teddy. I've been playing with Pain for most of Assist's lifespan and he's never been the one to go on a TK spree for no reason. I'm not saying you are lying, but you need screenshots to prove anything. That's the way it's always been.

If it happened it's pretty much guaranteed there was some provoking going on. I have also played with him for a long time and I can't recall him ever deliberately shooting team mates for no reason.

Well I tell you what, I am not on all the time and unless I see something while I am on there isn't a lot I can do. I am not going to get into a pissing match over this either. I was just stating that when I have witnessed the accused doing any intentional team killing it had been provoked.
