I like the mowhawk client way better. And from what I hear the Axon client from dolby is epic but there is a 20$/year fee.

Edit: Well that Feature does make it handy, I've seen the list of games. It should just partner up with xfire.

mumble is VERY nice. I used it once while playing Battlefield 2 Project Reality, they have a server for events and stuff. When you install Project Reality, you can install mumble too, if you choose to install it that is.

Since we are the seemingly elite forces of technology we should be testing out the best voip clients and then force everyone to use them :D
