but yeah, getting into a prestigious University is hard as hell.  UofM Ann Arbor has a very high GPA requirement (like 3.9 or above) and a very high ACT requirement (like a 30 or above, maybe higher)   :'(

I'm looking into either Eastern Michigan or UofM-Dearborn.

I-SHIT SIGN UPS FOR ACT IS BY MIDNIGHT- took the ACT in 8th grade but I need to SIGN UP FOR IT RIGHT FRICKIN' NOW, THANKS FOR REMINDING ME. Last time I took it I hadn't learned any trigonometry or geometry and I got a 27. I'm shooting for a 31 this time.

Here in Michigan we are required to take the ACT in March of our Junior year.

and Spanky,if you weren't joking, you sctually believe that kids that don't try in school should get to go to college over ones that try hard?

and I don't have the money to go to college anywhere outside of the U.S. I probably don't even have the money to go to college outside of Michigan.

Without a college education it is almost impossible to make a living in the U.S. I don't see why you would choose not to go to college....

30 is not a high ACT requirement.


As for a college education, its completely unnecessary. Its helpful for some people, while for others its of no use to them. After a certain point, there's certain people that just really discover what it is they will be doing, and for them, college is a complete waste. Its not like they will get any better by listening to someone blabbering their mouth about some subject.
Plus theres plenty of people in the US and around the world that have become extremely successful without a college education.

1. Yea, they obviously need more schooling than I do.
2. Money, time, making sure you know what you want to do, generic/boring/pointless classes that have nothing to do with the career you want to pursue, fucked up politics and side-events... I could go on but I have better things to do.

I'm glad Blueblaster posted. If you know what you want to do, then pursue that OUTSIDE of college. You'll spend less time and money and you'll thank yourself.

LMFAO. =VaH=. I was in that clan a long ass time ago.  I was only in it for a matter of weeks because I found out that my PC at the time couldn't run 2.8 very well.  Never mind, different player with same name.

Well... Part of the agreement was that he provide proof that he is in the clan and that the clan is still active. He's not on the roster but his profile says "America's Army Leader" here: http://1clickgaming.net/forums/index.php?action=profile;u=9 and he was online today. I'd say that I win the bet. He hasn't provided proof and isn't on the roster. Either he's not in the clan or the clan is lazy or inactive enough to not put people on the roster. So... explain thor?
