It was finally released. Looks like there's a couple bugs on the site. I also can't re-install the chat box now. I will have to do some manual effort later.

the Home tab leads to just a blank page now.

There are literally a bijillion options in TinyPortal. I guess I had the permissions backwards. Should be ok now.
