We used to have this back on 2.3 and while it was great fun, I think it could help admins punish players that are misbehaving instead of kicking/banning them. I've attached the source, what do you guys think?

Only concern is that some admins might bully some players they dont like.

This. We already have enough problems with admin abuse, we don't need another tool for them to use.

What does it do? Just message that someone go slapped or something like that?

It removes a small amount of health and then broadcasts the message.
