I've seen quite some posts about the "Out of bounds exception" regarding the Server Manager.
Most of the times it seems the problem is that people haven't pressed the "start new server" button.
How about the SM having a pop-up message asking if you wish to start a new server if there are none listed?
This shouldn't be hard to implement, I hope.
Just an idea.
