With the seemingly increased behavior of some of the current playerbase to log in to a server and start TKing, I would like to suggest that there be a new icon added to the server and player list on a server when an admin is currently logged in to a server.
For instance, in the server list, add a column somewhere that has the admin icon in it when an admin is logged in to that server. This could also be done in the player list next to the admin's name.
This would allow people to pick a server with an admin or possibly move to another server quickly when one of these TKing asshats comes in and ruins the fun for everyone.
Please consider.

They already have a admin icon. but not or there second accounts :)

Cool idea, however during these days there's only couple of servers being populated so there's not much from where to choose what to play. Server admins should work more together and share information with each other, once you face such a teamkiller as you're referring to, grab his information (guid, ip, playername) and write a ban rule to pbbans.dat and share it with other server admins so they can ban
such a teamkiller as well.
While admin is not on, you can pb_kick this kind of people out with fellow players. You get ones pb_id by writing to console pb_power for example, then from the list pick certain pb id and type pb_kick and that certain id
for example:
pb_power
pb_kick 11
In order to get one pb_kicked you need to get others typing the same pb_kick command to console as well. Not a long term solution but helps you a lot
