We = PUF =Clan had the necessary conversations that can lead to stop clan tournament.
We like to have a 3 trust person that Can look to the game and controll the TS if your dead then you must be separated from the rest in TS, this will be difficult if players are in the same room and can look to adder screen!?
We must be to on same TS / Raidcall home team and gast team .
So trust controller can seperate.
Also the word of the clan holder that he stands for: that no additional settings are changed, so the game will be played like it downloded this in relation to Sound / Graphics.and ? more.

On a scrim? ofcourse.

thats ok Vanoke, because they only can see first person view. but if you are together on the same place, same room, then you can see all the screens from live or dead players - and thats an advantage i dont want.
but we should not use this thread - maybe open another one :)

ghosting is ghosting if its a scrim or tournament .. its still wrong

I think ghosting is when you are in the enemy team and you ghost your mates your players.
For me helping your mate when your dead and your in the same team is ok.
Anyone can play with friends and i think its ok. Otherwise all should use first person view..
But i know its matter of opinion.

It is allowed because there is no way to verify if people are doing it, simple.
And I do not see any issues since first person view is on only and nobody is on the enemies team, the advantages are very small.

Ghosting is only participant when the guy on the teamspeak is on different side of the team.

You should still be able to agree not to ghost . certainly in tournement or a scrim, we are mature enough.
In game i hope never for the guys whitout TS ore raidcall.

can someone answer mu question? you guys set the tournaments so people can have fun and enjoy them selves. when i joined assist clans has posted on there server to have fun and fare play. same with the tournaments that was setup. what i don't under stand what fare play means. i was taught that fare play ment playing by the rules and no cheating. last i knew in a tournment if you was killed you where dead and dead people can't talk cause it is considered ghosting and that was not allowed in any tournement because it is not fare play. i think everyone who signed up for the tournements should look up the word fare play and follow the rule on it. or remove the word off all the locations on all the serveres and on assist and change it to any one can cheat. thats jsut my thought

The problem is that both of us got a different interpretation of ghosting.
Ghosting is in my opinion reporting the enemy position by another way as watching through the same view as yourself when playing or the one you are spectating.
So 3d person view ghosting got mitigated by forcing 1st person view only, and nobody is on opposing team (which in my opinion is the real annoying ghosting), so both are mitigated.
Reporting what your friendly forgot to report because he is not doing as he is supposed to do is not ghosting in my opinion, it's just making up for another teammates mistake.

It's allowed in pretty much every tournament i've heard of.

I like WCSE and Sandstorm a lot. I don't like blizzard too much for competition though, since luck of spawns is a big factor there when teams are pretty close to each other.
