I was pretty sure this would happen. You're probably not gonna be the only team forfeiting. The tournament was too far away from the sign up

its bs that there was too much time and thats why can't get team joining. Within the time you can collect players enough that you have at least four players there.

it has nothing to do with the long time before the event was gonna happen.

I am speaking for the other guys that unfortunately real life commitments come first.

For my part I just wrote it down in my calendar and skipped a night out to make this event happen but not everyone has that luxury.

I hope that nobody else would forfeit because it would be a shame.

yes and imagine this way: if we set up a event and say the date for it will be week or two from this day. Some may have spare time but some doesn't, they say after three weeks would be better or maybe after four. And even then when they sign in ( leaving people out who were willing to join but couldn't fit in anymore ) they might have suddenly something better to do. Its just a game of course, but Im not glad of this that we're making a event for players and they show their gratitude like this.
