How does it feel to throw around accusations about me, without giving me any chance to even reply on this forum? Shit happens, let's blame pit, and let's remove all his posts so that he can't defend. Good tactics, all naive idiots here have already bought it.
Me attacking auth server? You liars. First, the auth probably simply crashed, it's buggy as hell, just look at all those auto kicks/bans that are happening on a daily basis. Second, if it was attacked, how dare you claim that it was me who did it? Third, yesterday it was switched off by admins for a long time. Didn't they tell it to you? No, they didn't, cause they wanted to keep up this talk about me doing the attacks.

yet, on Merlin's site, while he was defending you, there's an awful lot of discussion about how it looks like the servers were DDoSed, rather than an admin shutting it off. being that computer systems are discrete, I find it hard to believe it's the latter too, when it's only up every 10 minutes, and then dies again. you being banned, probably as an afterthought, is too much of a coincidence.

The difference is you have used a private hack and I have only used a limited edition cheat, I'm not saying I should be allowed to play the game, probably I should be banned forever but thats what I see in my case, if admins want to re ban me they freely can because I deserve it in all scenarios but I'm still willing to help this community where you not. I'm here because of sergios and spankies good will to give me opportunity when i worked on AA3 maps finding bugs and glitches.

You've proven time and time again since then that you generate drama and you're a drain on the game and it's community. You've had your chance and been given the benefit of the doubt multiple times. The proof is in how you act, regardless of the DDoS issue, you instigate arguments, hate and drama amongst players. Your attitude and behavior are something this game doesn't need.

The only sin I did in the past like 1 year, is the "trash talk". Ye, trash talk in forums, trash talk in game. I'm not uniqe in this, many people do it, it's not a big crime in the gaming world.

I've started my own server (oh irony, just the day before you banned me again), and I manage to get it full sometimes even without me playing on it. That's more like helping the game and "community" (hate that word) then destroying it like some you claim, isn't it?

it's not that hard. instead of bringing drama yourself, Merlin could have asked for the appeal on your behalf. it's absolutely not hard if you do have friends. if you don't, then that doesn't help you much.

I'd love for you to prove me wrong on that. I don't have time to figure out people's new in-game names so it's entirely possible I could have seen you playing and not known it.
Back to the topic at hand, you admit the problem that I have, which is with your behavior. You trash talk, harass, instigate. Yea, a lot of communities and games have that but it does not make for a welcoming environment and stirs up drama. Worst of all, it continues to enforce people's opinion of you that you're an asshole. If you gained some maturity and rose above the petty arguments, you would get respect rather quickly. Everyone loves to hate you because of the drama that follows you, which I think a lot of it is either started or reciprocated by you. I've seen the arguments between you and others. You should know just as well as I do that you can argue endlessly with people you disagree with, especially on the internet, and nobody wins. Just a bunch of shit gets stirred up and eventually threats come out. Whole lot of chest-beating. But it can end with you. You don't have to involve yourself, you don't have to prove anything, you don't have to argue. Choose to ignore the shit and go back to the game that you enjoy. You will (just as anyone else, including myself) always have haters and people that actively try to annoy you. Just ignore it. You will be a better person for it. Try it, you'll end up being that one dude that runs the fun server that everyone likes and you'll be viewed as one of the good guys. The people that enjoy what you bring to the table will outnumber the haters.

I don't get your need to talk about me continuously, I have nothing to do with the fact that you're former hacker who was let to play only because there was no way to keep you out. During that time you were able to play you gave way more shit to moderate than anyone else has done, which pictures out quite well the level of your trashtalk. Scorpy decided to ban you from BIG server because of your behaviour and how much drama did it cause? You kept bypassing bans by spoofing your hw and creating new accounts. Then you were let to have yet another chance, your bans got lifted and it didn't take long that your bans were placed back because of the very same reason. There were shitload of posts & shouts after both bans because your shit wasn't tolerated and you were crying all the time about being banned for no reason, obviously you can't distinguish right and wrong, where the line goes nor when it's crossed. Everyone knows how you are alike and there were many players saying it was about a time for someone to do something to you.
You keep blaming me of your troubles here but the fact is that you made your own troubles. It's too late to cry when you have already shit on your pants. As the log says, you were intimidating to nuke this game. What has happened lately; Battletracker went down some days ago, auth server had issues two or three nights a row, then certain server from one provider kept crashing so bad that we couldn't even log in to game panel from providers website, meanwhile other servers from same provider were running smoothly. Like always - Im staying with the facts and I keep Possessed's word as a fact if he says you were the one who attacked against Auth server. I don't know yet what was going on with tracker few days ago or what was the real reason for that one server crashing, but have I straight accused you of those? We are waiting for a response from hosters.at to get known what happened, before that all that can be said is it's just weird that it was the only server from them which had issues, while it normally runs smoothly 24/7. Of course I have my doubts about this all and you can't blame me if you seem like the guilty one after your threat to nuke this game and the proof that Admins have.

first of all actually, you don't have that right.
you expected due process, and yet didn't start with that. your little "defenses" against whatever accusations that may be, is not following through due process i.e. starting with the appeals forum first. you virtually waived all rights and the benefit of the doubt the moment you started shit in the shout and the threads, and created a new account to do so. you decided to attack those who accused you, instead of making your case to the appeal and proving why you are not at fault. especially with the other threats and hijackings you've made, you don't deserve to get unbanned. that's everything that a troll does, which is pissing everyone off. in fact, you are on a one-way trip to the short bus.

I did play on HOSP PARADISE yesterday and it was full. full of nice players, good vibes and more. Just fun, nothing more. And i will join again there.

Its in the hand of every admin to read, to show, to act as he likes, because he own/rent the server (with a game running from the real us army - its not the auth server). So please try not to mix 2 different things. I agree that the user interface is in private hands of big sergio (or whatever). They can make rules (TOS) and more - like on the other side the server admins. This is a fact.
But again, banning a player for a reason older then almost 2 years is just not fair. And if you say you would have done it before but you could not because he always find out a workaround, then it is only a poor statement at all. So he will come back again, logical no?
I wish we could bring this now to an end. I will make a ban appeal if you really want to have it. i will do it for pit, because this all is now that much in deep water that no one of you will come out in good condition and without any shame. This is a handshake from myside to both of you - to the admins and to pit. let him play, he has hes own server with players that like to play with him. Give him that chance and jump over your shadow.

1) he rented a server. The server happens to authenticate users through the Assist using the Battletracker database. Period.
2) You're discussing about things you only know (or want to remember) a very little bit about (regarding Pit). I already posted an amount of links on another thread regarding stuff Pit did (must be the "sheriff" thread).

What I'm saying though is if you can curb your behavior, long enough to let their drama be the only drama, only they will be to blame. How people view you will change. Then you won't have to ignore the drama, there will be very little.

I mostly agree but I'm a bit more strict on the trash talking. It gets out of hand real quick and if not stopped early on, it leads to more hate and drama.
