So how does assist Admin think its fair, when I ask a question they lock the thread with out answering the question? How do you justify that? You have done it a few times now. And its always killaman.

In all honesty, when I ban from the shoutbox, I just look at content, I don't look and make sure to remember a username. Since it's only a 24 hour ban, it doesn't really matter who banned or who else was banned. Keep good behavior or don't use the services we're providing, simple.

Same here. A lot of the times I really don't remember who's messages I delete on shoutbox.
As for the OP, I'll assume he's referring to the the "how does the poll work?" thread (I could be wrong).
And the simple answer to that is, that people vote and then there's the result. After that we'll see what to do based on the result. It's not rocket science.

OK teddy you obvioulsy havrnt been involved in many poll/votes. They can become very complecated. This is why I asked for conformation. Try going to a trade union vote for example.
