Well where can I begin....
So i joined the HT server and played for good hour with fellow IGC players... Then I made couple simple comments about lagging server because we did get lagg and everyone said it. (Check the logs), then I made extra comment with sarcasm this time that HT tornado is an easy target because I killed him couple times and then all my comments made that time were said to different person...
Nothing happened for a good 3-4 minutes, I didn't make a comment since I spoke then and after the new game started, I went to heli, throwed smoke to heli boxes and then I see message kicked and banned. Hmmm, then I wonder why...went on their ts, ask why ban and then no response whatsoever... Poked like 4-5 times and nothing, so I decided fuck it im out of here....
I want to clear some good admin behaving on the server that should follow.
If you got a big mouth and people not happy with it, you give warning, if warnings are ignored then you must use mute command no kick and ban command like I was banned...
After mute most of the times it comes to tk spree thats when u ban... so yeh any more tips to HT guys?
I would like to tell you that Ban happy admin situation is getting out of hands and all you do is nothing because your response is you can't do anything about it, well I can say well done in saving community from ban happy admins, I would like also to mention that this report about HT management isn't the first time so please do something about it or lets just ignore this and don't give a fuck about it. I don't know what you need to do to take actions...how many times are we going to report and complain about happy admins that like to ban and abuse the powers simply for no reason, slight reason or the reason that the admin doesn't like the player and abuses them.
Waiting for HT wisser to come here and tell me the reason, tell me if he gave me warnings or anything before kicking

Tornado is Wisser his wife. So if you mess with one, you get both.
For the rest i know them both really good. Good oldschool people who play only for fun and dont like annoying people.

You're right, this is nowhere near the first time that I've heard of admin abuse by the HT clan.
We do no support admin abuse but there is very little we can actually do about it. How exactly do I know what really happened? It would be your word against the admin's and we have no way of knowing who is right. We weren't there. It's not that we don't believe you, it's that we don't have any proof to justify any punishment.
There's a reason most games don't punish ban happy admins, it's simply too difficult to do it properly. That combined with the whole "we paid for our server so we can ban whoever we want" argument makes it a very slippery slope.
What do you suggest should happen?

What I suggest is give warning to HT clan about Ban Happy situation on their forum or even here so public can see situation on their server. I believe I was banned for being disliked person like always and proof is my fellow IGC members who were there.
Killaman or spanky, can you add a text to loading screen that ban happy admins are not tolerated, for ban happy you receive warnings or something? Might as well work and will make admins think about their actions.

I m pretty sure and I believe that you will defend your fellow HT members because you know most of them. So I do suggest that your comments shouldn't be considered in any case taking action towards HT clan. I hardly play this game now because I switch to AAPG so they can keep the ban if they think its right. I am not against HT clan because some of them are cool guys but this is not the first or second time we hear about HT admin management on their server, bare this in mind.
HT doesn't response to me so I see no point to do anything since I know I will stay banned for making sarcastic comment about Tornado that he or she was an easy target....

Not saying you are a member now but you were in HT and you know them so of course you will vouch for them, all im saying admin power was abused I am guessing for making sarcastic comment...

Im not vouching for anyone. I only say what they are.
For the reason: well i dont know what happened... ur story is one side, and there is always more to a story.
I dont believe that u got banned for saying that, cause he and she dont care. But there is a possibility that there was more going on, and that ur comment was the limit. I don't say that it was all about you, but you maybe gave the last push.
But hey you will never know cause ur not trying to appeal on HT site.

After 3-4 minutes of not saying a work i got banned, yeh i really pushed hard so they decided to ban me after that time.

If i wanna ban someone i will also not drop everything. First i play and die, than i will ban... so the few minutes delay is not really a issue.
But what i said before, i dunno what happened ingame.

The "we pay We play" admin our rules bla bla bla is bs in my opinion, they are "renting" a server, it's not theirs, they pay to use it, if someone rent a housse or a car , it's no theirs, they can't do whatever they want with it, but in HT server i have many fun games no problems at all, and even after having big discutions with kelo in the past he's now friendly and all HT admins usually are goog guys and play with respect. I play most of the times there and i never saw them act like you described with anyone, maybe you should ease up on the "big mouth comments" and you'll be fine there.

We care, because, believe it or not, we care about the people that play this game (well, most of you anyways :P). If players are being kicked and banned from servers unfairly, that affects us as their ability to play the game is limited. As you probably know, this is a bigger problem now as there are not that many server to play on unlike back in the old days of AA2. I'd also like to point out that the more people that get unfairly banned, the less people you have to play with/against, and that's not a good thing.
In short, we care, and you should too. The problem is that there isn't much we can do about it that would be effective or not have a negative impact on the game.

And yes better believe his story, cause he is so trustworthy... oh and his IGC friends are backing him up.
This isn't a one time issue. I've had more complaints about HT admin abuse than I can remember. On top of that, we treat every member equally in these situations. Unfortunately we have no proof of what was done or any rebuttal from the admin, so even if we did have a policy against admin abuse, there isn't much to go on right now.

That's hardly true. Anyone who was playing knows their side of the story, but everyones side is different and it is extremely hard to get the "whole picture", if at all it is possible. Unless you took a demorec, there is just no way for us to know what really did or didn't happen.
That said, I don't really see anything "caught on camera" as your title puts it.
And as has been said before, concerning bans from a certain clan, it is always best to visit that certain clan's website and post there. Not everybody visits these forums. It's not mandatory.

I wouldn't come here and say my story if there was another half of the story that HT has in their hand, Im still waiting for one of them to come and tell me their server rules and how it should be running and for what reason I got banned. If I used some kind of language against them or people then I would have received warning or mute command no kick/ban command but hardly I was banned for that since no direct comments were made to those HT guys. If you are banning people for sarcastic comment then just wow....and there is no reason whatsoever to ban someone if the player has deep relationship with another.
I reported because I saw a ban happy admin used his power again. And like Killaman said its not the first time it was used nor second. So defending these guys or trying to do os really isnt going to work.
When you have like 3 top servers and 2 of them are HT and you get banned on it, it really makes you just leave and stay unwelcomed.
Anyway I was banned on hospital, I play less hospital then, they can keep the ban. Fuck this behaviour because thats how you make players leave.

First of all, if I were to blindly believe your story, then I should also blindly believe the next guy swearing he saw a cow flying about on SF Hospital. It might be true, it might not be, but if I was not there, there is no way for me to possibly know that. There is ALWAYS more than one view of one particular event (even in physics).
As for the explenation, as I said earlier, go to THEIR site for that. It's not in their interest to find you and tell you why you were banned, it's in your interest (if you want to play on their server) and they are not obliged to frequent the forum on this site. (I believe their site is here (http://www.hero-turtles.com/index.php))
And don't get me wrong. I'm not dismissing the problem. Like Killa said, the problem is there and with such a small playerbase, ever so important.
However, until we find a way to definitively detect such bans for no reason, there is little to nothing we can do.
And this is a place you can give a suggestion as to how this should be achieved.
However he-said-she-said type of "proof" doesn't really cut it in this case.

Few months ago i asked on ts to make space on the server... he didn't know how. Cause he is playing for fun and never kicked anybody before lol
And now suddenly he bans for no reason.... i doubt that.

Anyways, as everybody already said, the only option for now is to go to their website and ask about the ban. For this moment we can not do anything against these bans.

Well, so it looks like you just have started to. You (admins) have never done anything in this case and I'm sure you won't do a single thing this time. As I remember well I've been banned from HT servers several times in last year. Going something like 20-0 (without typing a single word in the chat) on their server against five of them is not very welcome. It's not in my character to come here and bitch about it as threadstarter does. I guess there were maaaany more cases like that. I can't do anything, so do you. River of useless words...
In short, we care, and you should too. The problem is that there isn't much we can do about it that would be effective or not have a negative impact on the game.
I've never seen any sign (effect) you do and no, I don't care about it, sorry. I enjoy playing Americas Army from time to time, not SF Hospital which became only map these guys play. I don't respect players playing only this particular map, it's my personal opinion and I have a right to have one. Respect it as I respect yours. AA2 is pretty much dead from long time and situation is not changing at all. You should get that more people left because no other maps are played everyday than some serveral situations when not-so-smart-addicted-to-hospital admin has a worse day. I don't blame you, and I really admire your work and other admins but life's life Killaman.

You have wasted some time of your life writing to me like I care, I don't understand why people like you or any other guy who commented even is here, I complained to admins not you or anybody else, Don't comment if you don't know what happened.
But at least you gave a fair point against HT ban happy kids and that admins don't do shit about it.

We all don't know what happened. Fact is that rmcdzk is right here in the fact that it happens a longer time, and that nothing is done about it by us.
The reason why is, that I don't see anything we can do about it now, if anybody got suggestions that are also tolerated to use, feel free to share them with us. But for now I do not see any.
Trust me, we would love to see admin abuse go away, we would love to see other maps being played more often and we are trying to find ways to encourage people to explore other maps, but some things are not as easy as it seems, you can't just take somebody's own server admin rights away like this, just because somebody said he was banned unfairly.

A message about something like that on the loading screen can only do so much. They might read it and lough, they might read it and think about how they admin their server, but most of the time they'll still do whatever the like. I'm 100% certain all of such bans are impulsive and that given 24h to think about it before banning would mean the person wouldn't be banned 90% of the time. However, since they've already banned them and don't wanna back down from their position, admins will never really admit to something like that.
The fact that we never KNOW what happened on a server makes punishing someone for being abusive next to impossible. Once they understand we rarely have any proof of unjust banning, they would just go back to their old ways.
And hacking is also not allowed, should they put that also somewhere for you?
