I tried to join your own server, but it missed.
But the file is in place.

This might indicate that the version of the file on your server and your client are not the same

The File should have this size:
4 108 539 bytes

With a MD5 of
19A5E7B076F2F49C4D33D7A834A0ACA8

re download the game, lots of ppl with corrupt install, strange

Not corrupt. T-Windows was changed to fix a transparent texture that blocked smoke from being seen.

for some reason some installs do not update correctly, missing admin rights?
