Like Mikawe said, post all the bugs on the forum. If you post on the shoutbox admins won't see it. This way its easier to solve your problem.
Leave a comment in this topic about your bug, what error does it give, what have you tried.
Or make a new topic with your bug report.

I played 1 session on Hospital but Battletracker gives 2 separate sessions.
I'm 100% sure I didn't disconnect and later on it happened on MOUT as well.
My best guess at this moment is that this happens when I died and it was taking a few minutes before a respawn. Not sure if that's the problem.

I think Spanky re-named the map files at some point?
It might be conflicting with Battletracker. Not sure.
Maybe Spanky/ELiZ will be able to handle this.

I didn't rename. The original maps are the same as they were when 2.5 came out.

Reporting the same problem of multiple sessions.
I notice the map list in 2.5 Assist don't auto-refresh as it did before. That function was disabled on porpouse?
Regarding bugs.. I noticed sometimes on the new maps (only played AA3 Pipeline and Ranch), dead players fall thru the stairs, like their bodies are made of gas.
And I got a personal problem: can't play AA3 Impact. When I try to log in to a server I get this message: Connection Failed. Downloading 'aa3_impact' not allowed. I got this problem once, made a complete re-install to AA, still the same problem knocking. Any suggestion?
but all this are minor issues, just keeping it updated, it was quite a tremendous work putting this out, so ofc it would come with some problems. Good job.

Try Reset+Repair AA in the Install tab.

Bridge has the sounds that is in the original map(AA3).
If that mean that you cant exploit sound, hearing people walk from half the map.... good.
Also idling kick will be fixed by eliz reports.

That said.. I think I've fixed it.
IdealPlayerCountMax was set to low, I'l currently checking the other maps.
Guess I was wrong, almost all other maps had a low value on that property.
bAllowLateJoin as set to True on aa3_bridge, and that might be the problem.

Didn't see any post on this so if it dupe I am sorry. Every time I try join server as spectator admin it goes through the loading of the small 2.5 assist splash screen and then I end up at the original AA screen with the soldier and the options on it.

You should really start a new thread. Delete LocalFiles.txt in your Assist folder.

ok got it fixed by restarting assist and it downloaded the missing package, looks good but in impact i saw performance loss, fps drops from 90 to 50. overall a big hoaah to you guys, your work is appreciated.

I was playing fine for the couple of days, and this message appears out of no where everytime I start Assist up.

Disable Antivirus
Make sure assist.exe and assist libs folder are in the same place
Make sure no missing files are in the lib folder. Should be 3 files. Internet Encoding.dll, MD5.dll, Shell.dll
Try to replace the files after downloading again
Run as Admin
If none of them work, completely delete assist and try complete re install.

That's going to happen. There's only so much optimization that can be done and without lowering graphic quality, there's going to be some performance issues. AA 2.5 uses an old engine that is really limiting.

As utRoda have said, I come to post here. I have tried to put our Clan Server on, he just appears on Assist, but appears offline and when I try joining on the server appears this message: "ERROR: No record for this Server on the Assist Master Server, Cannot Authorise. Please try joining a different Server."
pls can some1 help me?!?

did you open the needed ports. and do not start a server on port 1716 when you have aa25assist running. first start server, then assist

Provavelmente seu roteador não permite que você pingue seu propio servidor (pelo seu IP externo). Veja se seu roteador tem um recurso chamado "NAT Loopback", se não tiver, não tem como resolver.
A não ser que você consiga entrar pelo seu IP Interno, o que não é possivel usando o servidor dedicado.
ELiZ. can you look into this issue? if you can find a way to allow ppl to join their home servers using an internal IP (just as the 'JOIN' button in the Server tab - old Assist)

Is the place that I have opened the ports before this atualization , on old Assist, I have opened 5 ports, how many ports I have to open now? the same like before, only 1? If this NAT place on my router are the right place, i will try, can u pas the numbers of the ports to me, pls?

It is not as much the number of ports that must be open, rather What Port, and What type(TCP/UDP)

i am running some servers and i only have this ports open for one server:
UDP: 2716, 2717, 2718
for sure you can do that also with 1716, 1717, 1718, but theese ports are also used by the client. sometimes you start the client first, then you can not run the server on that ports. and you have to redirect them at your router to the server ip you are running the server

my wifi changes that ip everytime i close my connection so it would be nice to get it working with wifi thx bye.

this can not be handled by assist i guess. you can have fix ip's from your provider, but this is maybe expensive, depends on the provider.

Assist/AA does NOT have any issues with you having a different IP between sessions, but if the IP changes while you have Assist/AA active, that is what will happened, it's not a but, it's a security feature.

do i really need to keep fighting for an ''hour'' before i can even play the game...? example: we are going to play match, got 3v4 in the server and guys are waiting for me, that's really really annoying security feature..
EDIT: And believe or not, im not the only one who have this problem! 3 of 4 in our clanroster got the same problem.

When one of the servers is not starting up and if you delete the localfile , you see that the server is starting up and creat a new localfile. And if that is not working i must delete all localfiles and restart all server maps.
Is ther not a solution for becose i think ther is summthing that has bad influence, to make the server more stable.

hahaa, that's not all, i left and logged out of assist coz needed to go out with my rottweiler, okay, i came back and tried to join servers but voilá again that f****** ip error text... connection didn't close so how does it change my ip? thx bye gg's...

Snak i got lot of problems almost same as you before..
if ur pc is near the router then just put a cable from ur pc to the router , then u will have a better connection..

After a server update my server console screens stop showing what is happening. The server updates and runs fine but the console screen stops working...
