Title: No Disk pop up

How do I get rid of this annoying little pop up  that says

There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into the drive
\Device\harddisk3\DR3

are you using Linux?
Open(Mount) all partitions (windows ones maybe?) and try again.

It's a Windows error too. I've seen it. No idea what causes it. Probably some kind of program running in the background. Update your stuff and disable any startup programs you don't need.
