That's weird. I see a tree there in the editor.

It's your World Detail setting in-game, you lowered quality. I set the trees to disappear if the quality level was set lower, to try and raise FPS. I guess I forgot to deselect that tree. Same for the antenna.

It's in the Advanced section of the actor properties of the editor. bHighDetailOnly and bSuperHighDetailOnly.

Don't worry about the room, it's where the cameras go when they get disabled.
