I need my old acount updated and tracked please

Hi,
I need my old account updated so it shows the current stats in 2.5 accurately and be tracked. I submitted to BT also to try to get help and was directed here. My username is Sgt*Slaughter and it would be great to have it working and tracked. Thanks for your assistance.

Like i told you at BT Forums, i have sessions from you since 2012-04-12 but your tracker says you didn't since 13.06.2005. I can't think of anything else than some kind of issue with your name so could you please change temporary your name to something like Slaughter2012, without any special character like * or ^ ? Give it a try and then report back.

(and btw, word of advise, careful with what your changing in your armyops.ini, you already got kicked twice for changing stuff you shouldn't mess around ^^)

At Assist login you need to insert BT username, not BT ingame name, so your tracking on a different account now:

Thanks you. I will try the suggested remedies. As far as the .ini edit I did a looooooong time ago btw....maybe 2002? I was told by a clanmate to set my sound higher in the .ini so I did. Bad move? Yes, for sure, but inadvertent on my part. I was totally naive to .ini edits. I dont believe in any unfair advantage of any sort. Just a clarification.

go to ur ArmyOps ini set sound to below, u shouldn't have a promblem, i never get kicked for it

     Yeah, those edits were an attempt on my part to reduce some of the lag and very slow graphics I was getting. I wasnt aware they would even matter or if they would even help. But I was kicked immediately and corrected them. I gave up trying to fix the graphics and lag issues which I now attribute to server location versus my location i.e. ping lol. Anyway, that wont happen again I assure you.
     
     I still cant find a resolution to my torgon 92 honor account. It still isnt being tracked and updated. Can I just transfer the 92 honor to my SgtSlaughter2012 account?
