Wrong password or the ip you tried to join doesn't exist. (Could be invalid or wrong command of joining a server)
If you are using a client and this comes up, make sure you have passworded box empty.

The password is generated by Assist to make sure that non-Assist users can't join the server. It sounds to me that you need to either Reset + Repair AA or Full Re-Install in Assist settings.
