I recently downloaded aa025 after not playing aa for 5 years and now I am getting graphic glitches, i also reinstalled every thing and even tried old and new graphic drivers, my set up is old. Any info would help Thanks
windows xp 32
Amd duel core 5600
2gig ram
x2 ati radeon x1600 512mb in crossfire

This site mainly deals with the 2.5 version of the game. I don't know how many people, if any, there are playing 2.8.5

i play on aa 2.5 assist, i just couldnt figure out where the screenshots were going so i downloaded other version, instead thru 2.5assist. :P

Assist stores your Screenshots at 1 of those locations:
ANSWER WINDOWS XP: C:\Documents and settings\USERNAME\Application Data\25Assist\armyops\ScreenShots
ANSWER WINDOWS VISTA/7: C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\25Assist\armyops\ScreenShots

If it happens on both 2.5 and 2.8.4 then my guess is graphic drivers, try to update them to the latest version ;)

Thanks for the input everyone, found version 10.2 on amd website. Still a little bit glitchy but i can atleast play aa now :style:

So its still glitchy, but not too much so you can now understand it? If that is true, maybe you can give some more information/screenhots and stuff, as the admin team is trying to get an update done and new input on bugs could help (unless it really is related only to the graphics drivers).

that is not a glitch one of your gpu is dying... i had that before.

Yeah i can understand it now, I will get somemore screenshots/info today for you, and ill swap around my video cards to make sure the gpu isnt going out.

when you download the game when you click on Americas Army System and click on download do you click on download or locate since ony way the game will work is if you download the game since all the packages were changed from 2.8.5 to 2.5 so what i would say is uninstall ALL AA versions you have and when you start Assist start from the beginning and just download and it should work since i did try to just locat AA thru Assist to my AA2.8.5 and the graphs turned out like yours so if you do what i say here everything would be good
