Mate of mine went to pick up a dead guys RPG, while already holding a RPG, during a RPG round, and he got this:

This is a SS he took;

He says it also happens when he mutates grenades, can confirm both bugs.

Yeah it's a known bug.

when u have an ammo amount higher than the one allowed by HackHunter, u get this warning. simple.
its not a bug, just have to increase the max ammo ammount value.  ;)

I figured,

Grenades does the same as well.. Edit in 1st post.
