Hello,
we were playing friendly and funny on our Server in mixed Teams on same TS when suddenly SWISS.Paul appeared.After a few Rounds he starts to accuse us of ghosting.He didnt stopped so he got kicked.
So as a revenge he banned our member Redbull from the game.....WE dont ghost and if someone starts to ruin our evening he will get kicked.Developer or not.He behaved very bad without a reason.
We are old friends just meeting again and i even invited him to hear the blabla-mess in our ts.But no,he banned.
Take the ban back ffs!

If i somehow wanted any kind of revenge i would have so many ways of doing it without you even noticing it. Why would i ban him? Wouldn't that just be to obvious?

He complained about the kick,exited the game...Redbull got kicked and banned with some "old chest" reason.And he went back on our Server laughing at us.
Whats up here? You want players? You got 10 stoked people wondering what happens with the game right now...

Oh and btw there was no ts invite as you say. I accused no one of ghosting. Last players was at spawn idle. You were on my team, other Elite members on the other team, what i said was something like "they already known, they are ghosting :P"
Joke anyone? What i got was a server kick and so i rejoined. After that everyone started accusing me of this and that. Again, i didn't ban anyone. If i did want revenge i could just close it connection slot or even shutdown the server. Banning the player was just a "no solution". But ok, think what ever you just want. I have played thousands of hours with Elite members and have never offended anyone, they should remember my ingame names so just ask them.
Oh and btw, i will say it here and now, without joking this time. You all were ghosting. have i done anything about it? No.

Yes,you do?It was like a Houseparty in our ts with anything talking about except the game.I even muted sound in the rounds to hear something ingame.And yes,i invited you personally in the chat.Maybe there are Logs to prove.
However,if you know us all so good you should know that we all played 1000s of hours on CY and the last thing we need to kill you is ghosting.If you need it as an excuse for bad playing,fine.You got the power.Playwith it and HF.
Ban whoever you want,kill the auth of my sever,i dont care.You/we know what happened.We are a friendly bunch of people,We can look in the mirror tomorrow.

Again... What The Hell? I just PM'ed you. This is all a big mistake, let me clear this just one more time.
First, i have never done anything like you just accused me, anyone who ever played with me can vouch for that.
If i wanted to "revenge" on anyone that would be you as you where the one kicking me.
If i wanted to do something i would just close the player connection slot or shut server down. hell i could even just login as player admin on that server.
I could had done anything to all, why only him?
If indeed i didn't ban him why did he join right after with the name "banned_by_paul"? A ban is a game ban, not a ingame name ban. If it was a ban made by me he wouldn't even join the game anymore.
What was even the ban reason it showed?
If i wanted to make fun of anyone i would just join with another account, i have so many of them that you wouldn't ever know it was me.
Bugs do happen, and i'm telling you, it was just a coincidence and had nothing to do with me.

It was a big coincidence that my authorization slot was closed just a sec you left the game after i told you that 'not blaming a clan for ghosting with no reason ' is a comon sense rule and not a server rule.
Maybe i am wrong, but i need to find my ban reason before i am sure. It would be sad if this game will be ruled just by the fealings of one man and not by a comon sense.

common sense says you need to provide PROOF of a ban, and you showed none...

Auth slot closed happens alot and people get bans from time to time that are created for whatever the reason by the game and not by any admin. I get accused of this daily and had nothing to do with them. I tell them to wait a few minutes and try rejoin the server. Almost all can rejoin then, one or two have had to wait couple hours but still were able to rejoin.

I agree with you Mixk, but as you did it would be nice by any other developer to say that in the game too, the guys were complaining about it but he just went out after we accused him and told him that we will start this topic.
But as Possesed say, I got no proof about it so I will stop here with this, because it makes no sense any more.
All I wanna do and my clan mates as well, is to have fun and play this great game not to be on forums and talk about the game.

i also had a short ban yesterday on my main account. i dont know why, but this happend to me sometimes. therefor i have at least another account to play. my bans are released within 24 hours, always.
no problem with that.

I can't be agree with you, BS are then when you don't know what you're talking about, just like you are doing now.
For someone to deserve apologies, he needs to wort's its first.
1. He came on our server with an attitude as he is an owner of this game and one of the persons that tries to help the community and the game play. He accused us for ghosting as well; Why the hell would we ghost if almost all the people there were on our ts!? We play this map for 'ages'.Where are the proofs there? Were are the apologies?
2. And as you say here... where are the proofs that he didn't banned my account? We play against gods? We are not allowed to say our opinion?
This discussion would be endless... he wont say that he's sorry, i wont say it either! I can live with that.
My account is not banned anymore so this topic can be closed IMO,

It doesn't matter if i was there or not,
someone is obviously not telling the truth here. And he didn't ban you, it was the game itself.
Knowing Sergio's record and what he did for the community since years, i suggest you avoid
barking around the way you did here in the future before checking the facts.
