Are there any tools for server admins to check the players? Like some logs or some other player monitoring methods? PBSS dont seem to be enough.

We are talking about different things.
You stated that there are people playing with accounts which already got banned by Assist.

I dont't think that this is possible.
If I am wrong show me an example for proof.
