My Friend told me to post that because he is not receving a message to activate his email here:
hello everybody , i was banned long time ago for 1 week because i was using macro , the ban for 1 week only. now i back and i am still banned

What is the issue?
He won't get a new account, he's got to play on the "tainted" one.

Looking thought the logs I came to this conclusion:
The temporary 1 week ban for AutoHotKey is gone.
After that he got himself caught using UnrealBot, so under current rules his HW is permanently banned.
